Julie Redican (B. Sc Psych (Hons 1); M. Psych (Clinical)) is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience providing therapy in community health, hospital, and private practice settings to adults, families and adolescents. She understands the importance of the therapeutic relationship to successful therapy, and works to tailor therapy to her clients and to equip them with the skills and knowledge to continue growing as individuals and parents.
Julie has experience with an extensive range of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, and Attachment-focused family therapy. She is also an experienced Circle of Security Group facilitator.
