Adult ADHD

Support

Many adults come to us with a recent ADHD diagnosis, a long-standing suspicion they have never had assessed, or a childhood diagnosis they stopped thinking about years ago. Whatever the starting point, our psychologists help adults understand how ADHD shows up in their day to day life and build practical, sustainable strategies around it.

We work alongside GPs and psychiatrists who manage assessment and medication, focusing our own work on the emotional and practical side of living with ADHD.

Who this is for

Several of our psychologists have particular experience supporting adults with ADHD alongside anxiety and mood concerns; your intake officer can help match you with the right fit.

Do you provide ADHD assessments?

While we do not provide diagnostic ADHD assessments, we focus on helping individuals navigate life with or without a diagnosis. Our focus is on helping you manage daily routines, emotional regulation, and everyday challenges in a way that works for your unique strengths.

Yes. Many of our clients manage ADHD through therapy, strategy, and lifestyle changes alone, while others combine this with medication prescribed by their GP or psychiatrist. We tailor our approach to what works for you.

Yes, this is very common. Many adults find ADHD shows up differently at work or in relationships than it did in childhood, and it can be worth revisiting with a psychologist even years later.
