Whether your child has recently been diagnosed with ADHD or you are noticing patterns and wondering what might help, our psychologists work with children and teens to build emotional regulation, executive functioning, and confidence, and work alongside parents to develop strategies that work at home and school.

Reconnecting with your child

Who this is for

Our team includes psychologists experienced in child and adolescent ADHD, working across primary and high school ages.

Do you diagnose ADHD in children?

Formal ADHD assessment is typically completed by a paediatrician or psychiatrist. We work alongside these providers and focus on therapy, emotional regulation, and family strategies.

That’s completely fine. Many families come to us while still working out what’s going on. We can support your child and help guide next steps, including referral for assessment if appropriate.

With your consent, we can liaise with schools and provide guidance on supporting your child’s needs in the classroom.
