Meat: About 4 pieces of Osso Bucco
Oyster sauce
Tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Plain flour
1 big onion
Coat meat in flour, pepper and salt.
Sear on a hot pan and brown onions
Put in slow cooker with about 6 dashes of oyster sauce and tomato sauce each. Add water to cover and leave in slow cooker for about 8 hours 🙂
